Where do you ship to?

We ship nationally in South Africa.

How long does shipping take?

To main city centres, your order will arrive in approximately 2-3 working days.

To regional areas and outlying areas, your order will arrive in approximately 3-5 working days.

My order has been dispatched, am I able to track it?

Unfortunately not at the moment, we are working on implementing this in the next few months. If you are concerned about your order, please contact us on the live chat or email Stephan.vanpletzen@trumanandorange.com

What if my order is damaged during delivery?

If your items are damaged, you can send through images of the damage and we will happily send our couriers to collect the damaged parcel and will ship a new order to you in 2-3 days. 

Can I return my order?

If the seal on your order isn’t broken then we can accept your return. Please email Stephan.vanpletzen@trumanandorange.com for returns and refunds. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, you can email Stephan.vanpletzen@trumanandorange.com  with the details.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Do you offer promotion or affiliate opportunities?
